Limited-purpose data handling.

How Nordic Mail Ops handles website visits, contact messages, and private verification data.

No public accounts or tracking profiles.

This website has no public signup, advertising tracker, analytics SDK, or verification submission form. The batch-preparation utility runs in your browser and does not upload pasted addresses. The web server records ordinary technical access logs—including IP address, requested path, timestamp, and browser information—for security and reliability. Logs rotate by size.

Restricted to authorized operation.

Addresses submitted to the private verifier are used to assess data quality for the approved business workflow. Processing may include syntax, DNS, and limited SMTP checks. The system records classifications, reasons, timestamps, and technical evidence needed to interpret the result.

There is no public verification API. Batch files, result files, quota records, and caches are stored on the private service host and are available only to authorized operators. We do not sell verification data or publish it through this website.

Cache only as long as it remains useful.

Conclusive verification results cache for up to seven days by default. Unknown results cache for 30 minutes to avoid immediate repeat traffic while allowing temporary provider conditions to clear. Batch inputs and outputs are retained only for the operational need that justified the batch and should be removed when no longer needed.

Messages sent to our technical or abuse contacts are retained as needed to investigate, respond, and maintain an operational record.

Reach the operator directly.
